  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Certain exceptions apply (see “Non-returnable Items”

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization — unapproved returns may be rejected.

4. Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
