• Your order number, Reason for the return, and Photos if the item is defective or damaged. 

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization — unapproved returns may be rejected.

  Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
