1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days].

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Shipping: [5–15 business days]

Expedited Shipping: [2–7 business days]

Overnight Shipping: [1-2 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather. Note: shipments may come in separate packages.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Wilderness Outdoor Goods Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence.
